Industrial Cleaners
Tough jobs require tough industrial cleaners. When you need to remove grease, oil and other lubricants you need specific formulations that are both effective and safe. Concept manufactures these products for the industries that use them. Industrial cleaners for every purpose: degreasers, all purpose cleaners, aircraft cleaners and floor cleaners.
Degreasers
Industrial degreasers remove the oil and grime that builds up on any machinery including trucks, heavy equipment, aircraft or other manufacturing. Regular cleaning and maintenance isn’t an option – it’s good business.
Different types of grime require different approaches and Concept manufactures a complete line of industrial cleaners and degreasers. Soiling breaks down into two categories: Organic and inorganic.
Organic soiling consists of anything deriving from living materials including petroleum products such as oil or other fossil fuels.
Inorganic soiling includes mineral build up, scale, rust or dirt.
Machinery attracts both organic and inorganic materials. Oil and grease bond with dust, dirt and other matter. Degreasers work to lift the oils from the surfaces as well as the contaminants they trap. Industrial cleaners combine ingredients in varying degrees to achieve the desired cleaning effect.
Big Blue
No phosphates, caustic or acid. Non-toxic and non-flammable. Highly concentrated and should be diluted according to label directions. A Butyl cleaner built with alkalines required to remove grease, oil and dirt. Also contain corrosion inhibitors which makes it safe to use on soft metals such as aluminium.
Super Blue
The same as Big Blue with one big exception: it’s boosted with Caustic. Highly concentrated and should be diluted according to label directions. Quickly removes grease, oils and fats. Ideal specialized industrial cleaner takes care of greasy floors, commercial kitchens, machinery and certain equipment.
B-52
Highly concentrated, Butyl type cleaner. Phosphate and acid free. Non-toxic and non-flammable. Boosted with Caustic to give an extra bite on grease, oils and fats. Dilute according to label directions. Maintains corrosion inhibitors derived from the use of silicates. Being phosphate free also helps reduce corrosion.
Formula 40
Non-toxic, non-flammable Butyl type cleaner. Contains silicates and phosphates for excellent water softening and high alkalinity. Safer on the hands of the user. Contains Isopropyl Alcohol for cleaning, rinsing and filming. Ideal for any soft-metal machiniery including airplanes, helicopters – even golf carts!
Pink Power
Non-toxic and non-flammable. Highly concentrated non-butyl cleaner and should be diluted according to directions. Provides excellent emulsification. Contains a “Quat” which controls odours. Won’t impart odours as it doesn’t contain butyl or fragrance. Quickly removes grease, fat, oil, food stains and dirt.
Cobra Venom
Phosphate free, acid free heavy duty degreaser destroys grease, oil, tar and pitch. Non-toxic and non-flammable, this caustic boosted, industrial-grade degreaser is safe to use. Silicate additives inhibits rust and corrosion. Quickly removes soil and grease from surfaces. Dilute according to label.
All Purpose Cleaners
From countertops to fixures, an all purpose cleaner is the perfect answer to you day-to-day cleaning needs. Specialty cleaners are great for machinery, equipment and even shop floors but may be too harsh for some surfaces. Use an all purpose cleaner for bathrooms, lunchrooms, customer service areas and offices.
Stains, grime, spills and messes are easy to take care of when you use the right all purpose cleaner. Concept helps you keep everything clean. Choose the all purpose cleaner that’s right for your situation.
Neutral Clean
Non-toxic and non-flammable. Has a neutral pH (7.0) and is primarily used as a neutral floor soap. Because it is made with only biodegradable surfactants, it is safe to use on any surface not harmed by water. Great general-purpose cleaner.
Neutral Clean ‘Plus’
The same formula as Neutral Clean; the “Plus” is a fresh mint fragrance for that clean room “smell”. pH neutral (7.0) and biodegradable, Neutral Clean Plus is safe to use on any surface not harmed by water. For residential AND commercial use.
Orange Magic
Natural orange fragrance and amazing cleaning power makes this the top choice for janitorial contractors, institutions and maintenance departments everywhere. Made with D-limonene and coconut dIethanalomide, this all purpose cleaner gets the job done safely!
Aircraft Cleaners
It takes special cleaners to clean the high-tech, soft metal parts in airplanes and helicopters. Concept’s “Formula 40 Aircraft Degreaser” contains heavy duty, caustic-free degreasing agents that will not affect soft metal parts. Highly concentrated and effective!
Formula 40
Non-toxic, non-flammable Butyl type cleaner. Built with silicates and phosphates for excellent water softening and high alkalinity. Contains no caustic which makes it much safer on the hands of the user. Contains Isopropyl Alcohol which aids in cleaning, rinsing and reduces streaking and filming. Shop Floor Cleaners

Blast
Dissolves greases, oils and many other spills on concrete shop floors. Wet the floor, sprinle on some Blast, scrub with a still broom and rinse away. Blast is designed with a low foam surfactant so it quickly rinses away.
Conquer
Non-ammoniated floor finish remover built with caustic, monoethanolamine and butyl to quickly remove floor finish. Phosphate free. The most powerful floor stripper you will ever use. Dilute to suit your cleaning needs.
Houdini
Cuts grease and oil instantly. Contains 50% D’Limonene, surfactants and boosted with Butyl. Use full strength or dilute for your cleaning requirements. Removes tar, glue and gum. Excellent carpet prespray (diluted).
